As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will be a hands-on professional, supporting the customer in tandem with our experienced Customer Success Managers to achieve the success goals.
We offer you the opportunity to learn the in’s and outs of the Customers Success role. With your optimistic, can-do mentality, you will eventually be able to grow your own customer portfolio along the way.
You keep track of how well a customer is using our product and will become the preferred point of contact for the customer. As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will grow into managing customer relations and cooperate with big and medium enterprises. You make yourself proud by having not only happy customers but delighted customers.
Previous experience in a customer-facing and/or technical role is definitely a plus. But we are open to starters that can prove a hard-worker mentality and possess a quick learning curve.
Your primary goal within the first months would be to onboard our new customers and maintain good relations and high customer satisfaction with existing assigned customers.
