As an application support engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers have the best possible experience. Our customers are mainly service companies (notaries, insurance, "sociaal secretariaat", "mutualiteit", travel agencies) that have their own IT service - we, typically, don't provide first-line support.
You'll be welcomed into a growing engineering team with complementary expertise, and you'll help with our core components from Day One. You'll work closely with Development Engineers who have in-depth technical knowledge, and - together - you'll create solutions. With the right skills, you'll contribute to developing tools and solutions for your team that helps Skedify maintain and grow our position as technical experts in the field.
We try to ensure that our customers are self-sufficient, but - when needed - we help them remotely; we don't expect you to travel to their offices. You are a critical thinker who can actively search for and propose solutions for customer questions and issues.
Depending on your skillset and motivation, you'll also get involved or take responsibility in other internal or external projects.
