As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a service professional, managing the customer's projects and stakeholder engagement. With your optimistic can-do mentality, you collaborate seamlessly with client teams and internal Skedify teams to ensure projects are properly scoped, progress and success becomes measured and overall projects are delivered on spec and to the satisfaction of the client.
You can keep track of how well a customer is using our product and are the first point of contact when a customer has a technical or functional question. You asses these as either a risk or an opportunity to leverage their success with Skedify. As a customer success manager, you will manage customer relations and cooperate with big and medium enterprises. You make yourself proud by having not only happy customers but delighted customers.
You are a pragmatic and easy communicating professional who loves to work with different teams. Internally, you will work with the product delivery team, marketing and sales. For our clients, you will work together directly with the client teams on a long-term basis as we work towards joint business partnerships.
