As an all-round Office Manager, you’ll be supporting our management team.

You'll be the go-to-person in the company for all administrative and HR related tasks and questions. You take the lead in the whole outgoing and incoming, invoice and payment flow and ensure that nothing slips through. You are the initiator of scaling up internal processes so that they best fit our growing business. When necessary, you will coordinate travel arrangements, office events (internal & external) and fun activities for the team.

Simply put, you make this a great place to work, get things done, and reduce the workload for the team so they can focus on their core tasks. You love what you do, and people cherish you for it. You remember birthdays and think about ‘the little something’. Arranging what everybody else forgets, makes your day.
